You can log in to the Admin Portal from most browsers, including Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox. (Click here for a list of supported browsers.)

If you do not have a user account, contact an App Management Administrator to request one. If you are an Administrator and you were the one who registered your company for App Management, then an account was created for you during registration; you should have received a confirmation email with instructions for activating that account.

SSO Authentication

If your organization uses SSO authentication, your login experience may be different.

Production Environments

You can access the Admin Portal via one of the following URLs:

If you are not sure which production environment to use, check with Customer Support.

Vanity Subdomain

In addition to the default production environments, all customers have access to a vanity subdomain. The vanity subdomain is a unique URL automatically created using your organization's name. A vanity subdomain is also available for your app catalog. For example:

Admin Portal
App Catalog

You can find your organization's vanity subdomain in two places:

  • On your web App Catalog's Details tab (in the Portal), in the App Catalog Deep Link field.
  • In any new user invitation email.

Contact Customer Support if you want to change the vanity subdomain.

For customers with SSO enabled, the vanity subdomain URL takes users to their SSO login page. For more information, see Single Sign-On.

To log in to the Admin Portal
  1. From your browser, navigate to one of the URLs described above.

  2. Enter your user ID and password.

    • If you have been logging in to App Management by entering your email address, you can continue to do so. If a user account was created before user ID was required, then email address is used for both the User ID and Email Address of the account.

  3. (Optional) In you want to remain logged in until you click Logout or close the browser, select the Stay Signed in check box. If you do not select this check box, you will be logged out after a few minutes of inactivity.

  4. Click Login

If after you log in, the navigation bar lists the Applications and My Account options only, then you do not have Administrator access to the Admin Portal. If you believe that you should have access to functions such as managing applications and users, contact your App Management administrator to request that the Administrator role be assigned to your user account.

Reset Password

If you do not remember your password, click Reset Password and follow these steps:

To reset your password
  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and click OK. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your password reset code has been emailed to you.
  2. Open the email message and click Reset Password to display the Admin Portal Password Rest page.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Click Reset Password
  5. Click Login to return to the Admin Portal Login page.

Change Language

The Admin Portal user interface is available in English, Spanish, French, and German. To change the display language, select a language from the Language pulldown menu on the login page.

Changing the display language for the Admin Portal does not impact the display language of the App Catalog. If a user's mobile device is set to one of the languages supported by the App Catalog, the catalog will automatically display in that language; if the device is set to an unsupported language, the catalog will display in English. To obtain a translated App Catalog, or to inquire about languages that are not yet available, contact Customer Support.
