You can log in to the EASE Portal from most browsers, including Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox. (Click here for a list of supported browsers.)

If you do not have a user account, contact an EASE Administrator to request one. If you are an EASE Administrator and you were the one who registered your company for EASE, then an account was created for you during registration; you should have received a confirmation email with instructions for activating that account. If your company has not yet been registered, go to https://www.apperian.com/register/ and complete the registration form.

To log in to the EASE Portal:

  1. From your Internet browser, point to one of the following URLs to display the EASE Portal Login page. If you are not sure which production environment to use, check with Apperian Customer Support at support@apperian.com.

    The EASE Portal user interface is available in English, Spanish, French, and German. To change the display language, select a language from the Language pulldown menu. Changing the display language for the EASE Portal does not impact the display language of the App Catalog. If a user's mobile device is set to one of the languages supported by the App Catalog, the catalog will automatically display in that language; if the device is set to an unsupported language, the catalog will display in English. To obtain a translated App Catalog, or to inquire about languages that are not yet available, contact Apperian Customer Support.



  2. Enter your user ID and password and then click Login

    If you have been logging in to EASE by entering your email address, you can continue to do so. If a user account was created before user ID was required, then email address is used for both the User ID and Email Address of the account.

    If you do not remember your password, click Reset Password and follow these steps:


    1. Enter the email address associated with your account and click OK. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your password reset code has been emailed to you.
       
    2. Open the email message and click Reset Password to display the EASE Portal Password Rest page.
       
    3. Enter and confirm your new password.
       
    4. Click Reset Password.
       
    5. Click Login to return to the EASE Portal Login page.

 
If after you log in, the navigation bar lists the Applications and My Account options only, then you do not have Administrator access to the EASE Portal. If you should have access to functions such as managing applications and users, contact your EASE administrator to request that the Administrator role be assigned to your user account.

In you want to remain logged in until you click Logout or close the browser, select the Stay Signed in check box. If you do not select this check box, you will be logged out after a few minutes of inactivity.
