The following table describes the settings you can view and modify for your EASE organization.
|API Tokens||Create and manage API tokens for users in your organization.|

If this setting is not listed, the Application Inspections feature is disabled for your organization.
|Application Reviews||Disable/Enable the Reviews feature by default when you add a new application to EASE. When the Reviews feature is enabled for an application, users will be able to Like/Dislike and review that application in the App Catalog. Regardless of how you configure the default setting for your organization, you can enable/disable Reviews when adding or editing a specific application. Note that this setting is enabled by default.|
|Authentication||Specify the type of authentication that will be used when your users log in to the App Catalog.|
|CORS Domain Whitelist||If you are using Apperian's APIs to call EASE web services from a web application (for example, a custom administration portal), go to this page to define a domain whitelist that includes the host domain of any web site that will send API requests to EASE. This whitelist enables CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) in the header of the API response, which allows browsers to communicate with the EASE web server across domain-boundaries.|
|Company Information||Modify the support email address associated with the account. This is the address that will receive emails sent when a user clicks the Report Problem button in the App Catalog.|
|Custom Metadata Template|
Add/modify a Custom Metadata Template for your organization to define the custom metadata fields that you and other administrators can specify when adding or editing an application through the EASE Portal.
By default, this option is not listed on the Settings page. To enable the Custom Metadata feature for your organization, contact Apperian Customer Support at email@example.com.
|Device Registration Notification||Send an email to the support email address for the account when a new device is registered.|
|Download App Catalog|
View the URL for downloading the App Catalog.
Edit the content of the invitation that invites new users to download the App Catalog
|No-Registration Policies||Enable the option to apply policies to an app that may be distributed to users who are not registered with EASE and do not need the App Catalog on their device. This includes users who install through the Direct Install link, a custom-built catalog, or another external system.|
|Password Requirements||Set organization-wide password and account lockout requirements for users and administrators.|
|Policies Evaluation Frequency|
Set the frequency at which an application's policies will be evaluated. The default is Always, which evaluates policies whenever the app is opened or brought to the foreground.
|Signing Credentials||Store signing credentials for EASE to use when signing applications.|
|Timezone||Set the time zone for reports.|
|User Self-Registration||Enable users within your corporate domain to self-register for access to EASE. When a user self-registers, an EASE user account is automatically created for the user.|
