Apperian uses this email address as the point of contact for your organization when necessary. For example, in email templates, or to notify you when new devices are registered.
To modify the support email address for your account
- On the Admin Portal navigation bar, click Settings.
- Click Support Email.
- In the Email Address field, enter the address that should receive support emails.
- Optionally, click Send email to this address each time a new device is registered.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
