When a user clicks the Report Problem button in the App Catalog, the system sends an email to the support email address specified for your Apperian account. You can modify this email address.
To modify the support email address for your account
- On the Admin Portal navigation bar, click Settings.
- Click Company Information. The Account Name field cannot be edited.
- In the Support Email field, enter the address that should receive support emails.
- Click OK to confirm your changes.
