When a user clicks the Report Problem button in the App Catalog, the system sends an email to the support email address specified for your Apperian account. You can modify this email address.

To modify the support email address for your account
  1. On the Admin Portal navigation bar, click Settings.
  2. Click Support Email.
  3. In the Email Address field, enter the address that should receive support emails.
  4. Optionally, click Send email to this address each time a new device is registered.
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
