The following table describes the settings you can view and modify for your EASE organization.
Modify the support email address associated with the account. This is the address that will receive emails sent when a user clicks the Report Problem button in the App Catalog.
Edit the content of the following messages sent to App Catalog users:
Invitation that invites new users to download the App Catalog
MDM Enrollment request sent when you enroll a user's device in MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Select an EASE user group for each of the approval process workflows you plan to use. When an approval workflow is in progress, users in the selected group are able to access the app in the App Catalog.
If this setting is not listed, the Application Approval Process feature is disabled for your organization. For more information, see Application Approval Process.
Device Registration Notification
Send an email to the support email address for the account when a new device is registered.
Enable or disable Mobile Device Manage (MDM) for the account. With MDM, you can monitor and secure your App Catalog users' devices.
Set the time zone for reports.
Create, list, and manage organizations affiliated with your organization.
Add/modify a Custom Metadata Template for your organization to define the custom metadata fields that you and other administrators can specify when adding or editing an application through the EASE Portal.
By default, this option is not listed on the Settings page. To enable the Custom Metadata feature for your organization, contact Apperian Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
